Complaints Procedure

If at any time you would like to discuss with us how our service to you could be improved, or if you are dissatisfied with the service you are receiving, please inform us as soon as possible, preferably in writing.

We undertake to look into any complaint carefully and promptly and to do all we can to explain the position to you. If we have given you a less than satisfactory service we undertake to do everything reasonable to put it right.

We work to the high standards set within the AAT Code of Professional Ethics.

Ralph Elliott-King is licensed and regulated by AAT under licence number 325.

Should you feel that we have failed to provide a professional service, you may make a complaint directly to the AAT at 140 Aldersgate Street, London EC1A 4HY.
